Registration:
The forms was sent to accepted applicants by e-mail. You can check the accepted applicantes list HERE
If you did not receive the form, you need to contact with us by mail at physchembio@cicbiomagune.es
You can pay your registration fee by credit card or bank transfer. The cost of attending this workshop is 540€ per person.
This fee of 540€ includes:
- - Attendance of the workshop
- - Accommodation for the duration of the workshop (19.07 - 25.07.2010)
- - Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks) for the duration of the workshop (20.07 - 24.07) + dinner 19.07 and breakfast 25.07.
- - Social event (20.07)
- - Travel between the accommodation site and the CIC biomaGUNE where the workshop will be held.
Cancellations and refund clauses:
If for some reason you are not able to attend the workshop, please notify the organizes immediately at physembio@cicbiomagune.es . Cancellations received prior to June 1st will be refunded in full. Half of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received after June 1st, and no refunds will be made for cancellations received after July 1st.
